FOOSH from bike.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Radial neck fracture. No other acute bony injury identified. Alignment within normal limits. Old fifth metacarpal shaft fracture has healed.

x-ray

Mildly impacted and angulated radial neck fracture with elbow joint effusion, as evidenced by a raised posterior fat pad.
