- moderate retrolisthesis of L2 on L3
- mild anterior wedging of the T11 vertebral body, in keeping with a fracture
Case Discussion
Retrolisthesis is less common than anterolisthesis. Lateral projections of spinal radiographs are useful for assessing the severity of retrolisthesis.
