Dense consolidation in the right upper lobe, with a degree of associated collapse, as evident by the elevated position of the horizontal fissure. Air bronchograms are illustrated within the consolidation.
Heart size normal. Left lung clear.
Large volume of gas in the stomach.

Textbook appearances of a lobar pneumonia with air bronchograms clearly evident.
The large volume of gas in the stomach is due to hyperventilation (and aerophagia that accompanies it).
