Bilateral hilar, right paratracheal and aortopulmonary lymphadenopthy. Clear lungs. Findings in keeping with stage I sarcoidosis.

Case Discussion

Markedly enlarged hilar nodes in sarcoidosis typically do not abut the cardiac border which is a useful distinguishing feature to differentiate sarcoidosis from lymphoma.
