There is a sessile bony outgrowth with cortical continuity arising from the lateral aspect of distal tibial metaphysis causing remodeling of distal fibula.
Case Discussion
Osteochondroma is the most common benign bone tumor. They account for approximately 35% of all benign bone tumors and 10-15% of all bone tumors. It can be either sessile or pedunculated and is seen in the metaphyseal region typically projecting away from the epiphysis.
The above mentioned features are characteristic for osteochondroma.
