Shenton line along the inferior aspect of the superior pubic ramus and the inferiomedial femoral neck.
Case Discussion
This pelvis is of an 11 month old. To draw the Shenton line, the inferior border of the superior pubic ramus is traced laterally and should smoothly extend to the inferomedial border of the proximal femur.
