Thin mitral membrane
Left ventricular outflow tract partially obstructed by the ventricular septum; notice the flow artifact -occurs at a valvular level due to a bicuspid aortic valve. Severe ductal aortic coarctation associated with dilated mammary artery and scapular collaterals.
