Cough, melanoptysis and dyspnea in a construction worker.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Bilateral middle zone masses and surrounding reticulonodular pattern with upper zone emphysema.

Bilateral, large posterior mid zone masses with central necrosis, peripheral calcific foci and radiating bands of atelectasis/fibrosis.

Innumerable mid zone predominant bead-like centrilobular nodules.

Apical emphysematous bullae.
