SLAP tear from approximately 10 to 1 o'clock position.

Lobulated cystic lesion measuring 6.8 x 10.0 x 3.7 mm superior to posterosuperior glenoid labrum at 10 o'clock position.

Tendinosis of intracapsular segment of biceps tendon is seen near biceps anchor.
