There is a left para-midline bony defect at the posterior arch of L5 because of incomplete fusion.

Case Discussion

Spina bifida occulta is a type of neural tube defect and the mildest form of spinal dysraphism estimated to affect between 10-20% of the population. Usually asymptomatic.
