Presentation
Painless lump in the right side of neck gradually developing over past 2 months to present size. On examination it was a firm, partially mobile, 1.5 cm nodule in right side of neck.

Ovoid mass lesion within the right sternocleidomastoid muscle. Internal jugular vein and common carotid artery are below the lesion.
