Age: about 25 - 30 yrs
Gender: Male
Modality: X-ray

A tiny lytic lesion in superior aspect of left mid third clavicle represents a foramen for the supraclavicular nerve.

Case Discussion

A supraclavicular foramen is a normal anatomical variant and incidental finding.
