Presentation

Male with pain in the rigth scrotum and fever

Patient Data

Age: 77
Gender: Male
Modality: Ultrasound

Enlarqed testis with coarse echotexture and hypo-echogenic areas, cystic parenchymal lesions with fluid-fluid level and increased pericystic blood flow.

5 days later

Modality: Ultrasound

Same patient, follow-up 5 days later. Numerous hypo-echogenic parenchymal lesions with better delineation from healthy parenchyma. Orchectomy was addressed.
