Presentation

Rigth scrotal pain and fever

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
Ultrasound

Enlarged testis with coarse echotexture and hypoechogenic areas, cystic parenchymal lesions with fluid-fluid level and increased pericystic blood flow.

Ultrasound

5 days later

Same patient, follow-up 5 days later. Numerous hypoechogenic parenchymal lesions with better delineation from healthy parenchyma. Orchectomy was addressed.
