Testicular lump

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Well defined intra testicular hypoechoic mass lesion is noted with increased vascularity on color Doppler imaging. No evident extension outside the tunica albuginea. No evident internal calcifications or cystic changes. US Findings are suggestive of testicular malignant tumor, seminoma is the prime consideration.

Case Discussion

Orchiectomy was done.

On Histopathology; large atypical discohesive cells with prominent nucleoli. Immunoprofile is in keeping with classical seminoma.

Diagnosis: Classical seminoma, pT1
