Multiple intraparenchymal calcification with  enlarged ventricles. Increased extracranial soft tissue in the left parieto-occipital region likely a scalp hematoma.

Case Discussion

CT demonstrates ventriculomegaly, and scattered periventricular calcification, consistent with intrauterine TORCH infection, in this case cytomegalovirus (CMV).  The differential diagnosis in these findings may include Tuberous Sclerosis.
