History of recent trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Hyperintensity is seen in the roots, trunks and cords of the right brachial plexus consistent with perineural oedema. Traumatic pseudomeningoceles noted at C7-T1 and T1-2 levels on the right side. Oedema and tears in the right paraspinal muscles.
