Bilateral extra-axial hyperdense collections are seen contagious to both frontal regions with no associated significant mass effect ... In keeping with acute subdural hematomas.
Other two similar smaller collections are seen contiguous to the left anterior temporal and parietal regions.
Traces of subarachnoid hemorrhage are seen within the sulci of the left frontal lobe.
No detected fracture lines.
Case Discussion
Post traumatic bilateral subdural hematomas and left frontal subarachnoid hemorrhage.
The patient was treated conservatively.
