There is a 1.1 x 1.0 cm round hypodense lesion in the right frontal lobe. There is dilatation of all the ventricles and basal cisterns. The anterior fontanelle is bulging. Avid enhancement of the basal meninges and avid ring enhancement (4 mm) of the right frontal lobe lesion is noted on post contrast imaging.
