MRI

Multiple left subcortical infractions located at the border zone of MCA/ACA and MCA/PCA as well as the centrum semiovale.

Loss of signal void of the left internal carotid artery.

Multiple left subcortical infractions located at the border zone of MCA/ACA and MCA/PCA as well as the centrum semiovale.

Loss of signal void of the left internal carotid artery.

Case Discussion

In unilateral watershed infarction, you should check both internal carotid arteries.
