Presentation
Malaise.
Patient Data

Extensive multistation adenopathy with relatively low attenuation appearance, beginning in the left supraclavicular region, and involving the mediastinum, right more than bilateral hilum, gastrohepatic space, retroperitoneum, splenic hilum, mesentery, pelvis, and right inguinal regions. Mild bilateral hydronephrosis is probably related to distal ureteral compression from the bulky pelvic nodal disease. Few inflammatory opacities in the right upper lobe.
Case Discussion
Characteristic appearance of fairly extensive, multistation adenopathy in the setting of tuberculous adenitis. This case also provides a good review of the different major nodal stations in the chest, abdomen, and pelvis.
