4D syndrome

4D syndrome is a term given to syndromic glucagonomas, a type of pancreatic endocrine tumour.

  • D: dermatitis (necrolytic migratory erythema, often involving the groin)
  • D: diabetes
  • D: deep vein thrombosis
  • D: depression
