A well-defined thick walled fluid attenuation lesion in right lower lung. A similar lesion is seen in the liver in segment VII / VIII of the liver. Both lesions are abutting the diaphragm.
Case Discussion
The liver is the most frequent site of hydatid cyst followed by lung as 2nd common site.
