  • severe right-sided hydronephrosis to the level of the ureteropelvic junction

  • right ureter normal in caliber

  • no obvious renal parenchyma

  • no meaningful excretion in the right collection system

  • normal left kidney with extra-renal pelvis with mild pelviureteric junction obstruction

  • hypodense cortical cyst along with left kidney midpole
