Tumoral involvement of the right false vocal cord and aryepiglottic fold with obliteration of right paraglottis space. Calcification of right arytenoid cartilage is noted due to tumoral involvement.
True vocal cords and thyroid cartilage seem normal.
Ring artifact is evident.

Supraglottis tumoral infiltration, most likely compatible with squamous cell carcinoma.
