Contrast-enhanced CT of the neck was performed, which showed a large nonenhancing mass in the neck. The entire mass showed low attenuation values, which are consistent with fat. There was no cervical lymphadenopathy , bone involvement or calcification within the mass.

Case Discussion

CT scan findings may compatible with  lipoma,  lipoblastoma (if it were seen in infancy or childhood), liposarcoma, or a dermoid cyst.  This histopathologic findings was consistent with the diagnosis of lipoma.
