No focal intra or extraaxial collection or mass identified. The caudate heads are somewhat reduced in size, confirmed with reduced frontal horn to intercaudate distance ratio (FH/CC)= 1.7 (normal ratio 2.2 to 2.6) and intercaudate distance to the inner table ratio (CC/IT) = 0.2 (normal ratio 0.09 to 0.12).
Conclusion: Features are consistent with the clinical diagnosis of Huntington's disease.
