Full tear of the quadriceps tendon with gap between the torn edges filled with fluid. Inferior patellar subluxation and redundant patellar tendon.
Case Discussion
Differential diagnosis includes patellar tendinosis, magic angle artifact, stress fracture of the patella and chondromalacia patella.
