A tract is noted opening into the anal canal at 7 0'clock.
Sagittal view shows air tract communicating anal canal and fistula.
Normal anal canal.
Case Discussion
A non-branching fistula is noted to join the anal canal at 7 o'clock. No abscess.
Clinical examination revealed perianal fistula.
Surgery confirmed trans-sphincteric fistula.
