Single lobulated cavity with mobile echoes is noted in perianal region from 9 o'clock to 12 o'clock region. It communiates with anal canal at 10-11 o'clock.
No other abscess or tract.
Case Discussion
Findings suggest perianal abscess formation. Its communication with the anal canal is clearly visualized at 10-11 o'clock.
