Nodularity seen at the left lung apex.
Scarring/calcification seen in the lower lobes bilaterally (intra-pulmonary endometrial deposits, recurrent bleeding, scarring).
Incidental pulmonary artery stenosis manifested by dilatation of pulmonary trunk.
