Symptoms of five days evolution characterized by hemoptysis associated with dyspnea and fever

Gender: Male

Chest x-ray demonstrates consolidation in the left upper lobe.

CT shows multiple cavitation, alveolar consolidation,  tree-in-bud pattern and centrilobular nodules at the upper lobe of left lung. Consolidation is also observed in basal segments of the left lower lobe seen

Sputum microscopy and culture confirmed pulmonary TB.
