  • anomalous drainage of all pulmonary veins is noted through a common venous chamber which is draining via a dilated vertical vein, joining the left brachiocephalic (innominate) vein, and ultimately draining into a dilated superior vena cava.
  • a smalll high ostium secundum 0.4 cm ASD is noted allowing a right to left shunt.
