Presentation

Gradually increasing swelling in occipital region.

Patient Data

Age: 62 years
Gender: Female

Large fat density lesion with internal soft tissue density strands in scalp  (occipital region) and posterior neck suggestive of lipoma.  Underlying bones are normal.
