Info

Ct scan of the chest in lung window demonstrate bilateral lung nodules and nodular opacities surrounded by ground glass ( CT Halo sign). The largest nodular opacity is seen in the right upper lobe.
Case Discussion
In the appropriate clinical setting, the presence of new nodules with ground-glass halo is strongly suggestive of the diagnosis of angioinvasive aspergillosis, and treatment is usually initiated, without the need for biopsy.
