Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Cardiomediastinal contours are normal. Bilateral breast implants with subtle calcifications in their margins.
Case Discussion
This case illustrates long-term breast implants with more than 10 years. Calcifications may be identified surrounding the implants and are related to the duration of implantation.
