Bilateral small pleural effusions.
Bilateral basal pneumonic consolidation more on the left side as well as the right middle lobe.
Pectoralis muscles are absent/atrophic on the left side.
Diffuse fatty liver.
Case Discussion
A male patient presented with dyspnea and blood-tinged sputum. This is attributed to bronchitis with pleural effusions.
Incidental discovery of a hypoplastic left side of the chest wall is observed, that upon further investigation has been present since birth.
