Bullet is noted in the right orbital apex.
No bony fracture. No hematoma formation.
The anterior and posterior chambers are intact.
Case Discussion
An interesting case, air gun bullet is noted in the right orbital apex. No gross abnormality is noted in the anterior and posterior eye chambers, nor in the orbital muscle cone.
