Subchondral lucency is seen at the left femoral head.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with the crescent sign seen on conventional radiographs, which refers to a subchondral lucency seen most frequently on the anterolateral aspect of the proximal femoral head, which indicates avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
