Mild left pneumothorax.
Bilateral apical subpleural blebs.
Case Discussion
The clinical setting of recent chest pain and dyspnea in the presence of pneumothorax and pulmonary blebs is suggestive of spontaneous pneumothorax. They are asymptomatic small subpleural thin-walled air-containing spaces that are common in smokers and can spontaneously rupture resulting in spontaneous pneumothorax.
