Sternum protrudes anteriorly in keeping with pectus carinatum deformity.
Case Discussion
Typical case of pectus carinatum, otherwise known as a pigeon chest, that refers to a chest wall deformity in which the sternum protrudes anteriorly. It is less common than pectus excavatum.
