The triceps tendon insertion is thickened and hypoechoic with a few flecks of calcification. Color Doppler demonstrates neovascularity. The olecranon bursa is thickened and hyperemic.
No elbow joint effusion. Normal CEO, CFO and distal biceps tendon.
