Presentation
Known patient with bladder cancer received chemotherapy and became immunocompromised. He had dyspnea, cough, chest pain and recurrent fever of 2 months duration. The study was done for search of metastasis.
Patient Data
Few small nodules are noted at the left lower lung lobe with typical halo sign of ground glass attenuation around them. Other findings include small areas of ground glass attenuation scattered at both lungs and apical emphysematous changes. Few mediastinal lymphadenopathies are also noted. No pleural effusion.

Case Discussion
The left lower lobe nodules are not typical for metastasis from bladder cancer. They've typical ground glass halo around which is suggestive for angioinvasive aspergellosis. The patient received fungal treatment and recovered clinically.
