There is a well-circumscribed, homogeneous low attenuation mass (density= -110 HU) within latissimus dorsi muscle.

CT features of a soft tissue lipoma.
The main differential diagnosis is a liposarcoma: usually with thick septa, enhancement or evidence of local invasion.
