Presentation
Previously healthy patient presented with right sided loin pain. Ultrasound scan demonstrated a possible right side single functioning kidney with hydronephrosis on that side. No hydroureter.

This is a retrograde ureteropyelogram study.
There is 12 mm length of narrowing at right pelvicoureteric junction (PUJ) suggesting a PUJ stricture. There is associated renal forniceal blunting suggestive of mild hydronephrosis. No hydroureter.
Evidence of right side single functioning kidney.
Case Discussion
PUJ obstruction can be congenial or acquired. It has various type of presentations.
