Thick-walled gallbladder with irregular discontinuous mucosal enhancement with medial perforation resulting in large, complex midline abscess formation.
Case Discussion
Very large perforation and abscess formation complicating gangrenous cholecystitis. This was managed with percutaneous drainage (growing E. coli) and eventually subtotal reconstituting cholecystectomy.
