There is an enhancing soft tissue mass (3.5 x 3.2 x 2 cm) within the small bowel mesentery in the right flank with spiculated contours. Distortion with mild thickening and enhancement of the adjacent small bowel loops, Numerous adjacent mesenteric nodules with fat stranding indicating most likely mesenteric metastasis.
No hepatic metastasis was seen.
Note small gallstone is seen.
