Large volume of ascites is noted.
Multiple low-enhancing masses are seen throughout the liver, the largest one is measuring 80 mm.
A few enlarged, pathological lymph nodes are noted at the porta hepatis and celiac region.
Increased wall thickness is seen at the gastric antrum.
Both ovaries are enlarged and show heterogeneous density.
