Selected coronal MRI images demonstrate very extensive intramedullary lesions involving the femora and tibia bilaterally consistent with bone infarcts.

This case demonstrates extensive bilateral bone infarcts in a 20-year-old with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) being treated with high dose steroids.
