CT scan images demonstrates absence of the pectoralis major and minor muscles on the right side. The visualized ribs appear unremarkable.

Features on CT scan are compatible with Poland syndrome which refers to a congenital unilateral absence of the pectoralis major and minor muscles and is a recognized cause of unilateral hyperlucent hemithorax
