Presenting with acute urinary retention

IDC in situ. Distended bladder likely related to clamping. No prostatomegaly. No hydronephrosis or renal calculi. 
Incidental finding of bilateral femoral hernias. A normal vermiform appendix appears to be herniating through the right femoral hernia
